Many people living in an urban area are suffering from loss of physical exercise. You see some businesspersons are running around the park nearby your office building. However, people who are fond of running before the on-duty time begins are rare. It is terribly difficult for us to make exercise a regular habit.

In Tabata method, you should repeat a combination with an exhausting exercise for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest eight times. It takes only four minutes.
