Is fruit sugar not harmful than sugar?

The nutrition is an immature science. Every year, a new hypothesis emerges. For example, eating multiple eggs in a day was deemed to be harmful, the other day. But, recent studies suggested an opposite result. Following the evidence, the WHO permitted eating eggs.


The sugar has been a villain, however, for several decades. Excessive sugar taking is highly likely to be harmful to your health.

On the other hand, fruits are said to be healthy. But, fruits contain several types of sugar. How do you consider this paradox?
